Contact Information And Access
The primary contact should be someone with full access to the organization’s Exchange Admin Center (preferably a global admin). They should also have access to the domain’s DNS records (for domain verification purposes).

During the integration process, they need to be ready with access to both systems (Exchange Admin Center and Domain Management System).

Information Needed
The integration process, in the vast majority of cases, should take no more than 15 minutes. But in some cases, where the customer already has additional integrations running at the same time, or email flow is more complex, the process can take more time.
